Enjoy admission tickets/transportation to the Houston Space Center with an expert Spanish-speaking guide who will guide you and translate information about NASA's most noteworthy exhibits, rockets and spacecrafts. Visit the famous Rocket Park, learn about the historic Apollo missions, and marvel at the future of space travel on this unique out-of-this-world experience. With so many amazing things including the Saturn V Rocket, Astronaut Facility and Starship Gallery, our guide can take spectacular photos of your group at the Space Center for memories to last a lifetime! With the help from our guide, navigate the Space Center like an experienced pro without the worry of maps or getting lost inside the giant 1700-acre facility. The Space Center has a wonderful mix of interactive, family-friendly exhibits including the amazing Independence Plaza, International Space Station, Life on Mars, Artemis and tram tours! This package includes tickets/transportation for each member of your group as well as about 5 hours to explore the Space Center with our guide before boarding our Mercedes shuttle back to Downtown Houston. In addition to visiting the NASA Houston Space Center, guests will enjoy a complimentary, air-conditioned Houston Driving Tour! Hop in our cool and comfortable Mercedes Sprinter shuttle with first-hand views of Houston’s top architecture, beautiful Museum District, historic city monuments, and colorful art with your local Spanish-speaking or English-speaking expert. Enjoy a fun cowboy/cowgirl stop with Sam Houston for some memorable Space City photos! * Please note that on weekends/holiday weeks, guests will be taken to the NASA Space Center first and do the driving city tour following their return from NASA * Length: Approx. 7 - 8 hours Type: Driving, city sightseeing, culture, history, NASA guide, aeronautics, science, day-trip. ** Please make sure to see the itinerary for our daily schedule. Cancellation Policy
1. All types of remittances including invoice payments made online to Astroville Tours LLC are non-refundable unless of a tour cancellation caused by an extreme Natural Disasters, Severe Inclement Weather, Political Instability/Rallies, or another genuine extenuating circumstance including national/regional pandemics and other types of contagious bacterial infection(s)/disease(s). 2. If any of the circumstances listed above are applicable on or near your tour date, full refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days. 3. Rescheduling requests can be made by calling us directly at 713-469-2365 or by sending us an email at admin@astrovilletours.com at least 24 hours in advance of the tour start time. It is important to note that you will need the First/Last name on the booking reservation (our website) or the Booking Reference number from our alternative vendors including TripAdivsor, Viator, Visit Houston, Booking, Expedia, Klook, Civatatis, GetYourGuide. 4. Customers can always utilize their booking confirmation information received in the initial booking reservation email to reschedule for a future date free of charge as long as this ReScheduling Request is completed within 24 hours of the tour start time. 5. One (1) Rescheduling Request is permitted per party free of charge. All additional ReScheduling Requests including 2nd and 3rd requests will be processed with a $50 fee per tour party. 6. We will not accept any Rescheduling Requests made less than 24 hours in advance of the original Tour start time. If you need to reschedule your Tour date, please make sure to contact us more than 24 hours in advance of your tour start time or your rescheduling request may not be honored. 7. If we do not hear back from you by the original tour start time, we will proceed to deem your Tour as “abandoned,” and you will need to book a new tour date online at full cost. 8. This tour is offered rain or shine. In the event of bad weather, guests may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
